Lost_Bit improved MoDulation

============================

it is more cpu-expensive than "elenzil amplitude modulation"
(it eats on my PIII-450 from 5%-20%)
but it's more flexible then all other AM stuff...

the main features are :

	-- linear distortion of envelope by "time" axis.
		thus this distortion causes 1st kind gap on envelope.
		(i'm not sure in translation of that math term)
		simply it means that envelope becomes not smooth after distorion (in "sin" case)

	-- stereo input
		none of the existing AM effect does not satisfy me.
